The Construction arm of the group, Teren Building Services, offers a design and construct service and is in a position to work closely with clients to achieve the desired goal, be that value adding to an existing building or a complete design and construction of a new purpose built facility.

In addition, the Project Management division, offers project management services to clients who undertake property ventures and who may lack the time or expertise to manage the complexities of a property or construction venture. With years of experience in both construction and property development we are in a position to add value to any project.
